*The New Zealand version of Splashdrone 4 (& older models), Fisherman Drone (FD1), Fisherman Max (Max) and Fisherman FD3 are water resistant, which means they will resist the entry of water to an IPX5 level. For technical reasons, some parts of the drone are purposely designed to be not 100% sealed or watertight & therefore the drone should not be submerged under water. If the Splashdrone comes in contact with saltwater, the user is advised to wash any saltwater off with fresh water. Always follow all documentation, videos & instruction manuals that come with the drone.
Please note that the SD4 and FD3 controller is splashproof, while the FD1 and Max controllers are not water resistant.
** The Swellpro warranty on the SD4, FD1, Max and FD3 drones is one (1) year; the warranty for batteries is 6 months.
