Description

The 6-rack Digital Smoker includes all the features of the Original Bradley Smoker, along with the benefits of digital technology. Temperature, time, and smoke are now completely controllable so you can decide how much smoke you want, how long your food is going to be smoked for, and at what temperature.

Perfect for entertaining, creating gourmet foods in your own home, or just enjoying the flavour that smoking brings, the new Bradley Digital Smokers offer an easier and better way to automatically roast, smoke and barbecue in the outdoors.

You can cold smoke at approx. 35-40C. Hot smoke and slow roast without smoke up to 120C.

Set and forget technology. Simply set the amount of smoke, temperature and desired cooking time and walk away!

Double the volume of your smoker with the addition of extra racks. Your 4-rack becomes an 8-rack, and your 6-rack becomes a 10-rack smoker by inverting the racks.

Available in sets of 4, in both original and non-stick jerky racks.
