Description

The Penn Spinfisher VII is built to handle the harsh saltwater conditions that we get here in New Zealand. Its IPX5-sealed body and spool keep out salt and spray, so even if it takes a wave or rides home wet, the internal gears and drag system stay protected. A full metal body and side plate maintain the strength and alignment of the CNC Gear System, ensuring smooth, reliable performance under heavy loads.
Designed with anglers in mind, the new and improved line clip securely holds heavier line or leader material to prevent tangles and loose line. The Spinfisher VII also features a braid-ready Superline Spool with line capacity rings for easy tracking, while the Leveline Slow Oscillation System ensures even line lay for longer, more accurate casts. Instant Anti-Reverse provides solid hook-setting power, and the proven HT-100 Carbon Fibre Drag Washers deliver smooth, consistent drag pressure when fighting big fish.
