Description

This Diamond Fixed Angle Knife Sharpening Jig is designed for sharpening double-sided edges and allows you to sharpen both sides of your knife at once.

It's a simple solution to find and hold the right angle while sharpening.

To use, simply mount your knife to the clamp apply an accurate angle on a stone to the edge bevel of the blade to create a consistent edge.

This jig includes four sets of diamond blocks - start at a coarse (low grit) abrasive to remove metal the fastest and set the profile of the edge, and gradually progress to higher grit (fine) abrasives to refine that edge as accurately as possible, including leveling out the burr that develops when you sharpen one side at a time.

This full set comes in a protective carry case for safe keeping and longevity.
